Wood-Fired Breadsticks – Baked to perfection in the wood fired oven, topped with a drizzle of garlic oil, kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper, served with Marinara sauce. 

             With Cheese or Without Cheese

Baked Spinach and Artichoke dip –  Chef RJ’s home-made warm dip, made with an amazing blend of herbed cheeses, and served with your choice of tri-color tortilla chips or wood-fired breadsticks.

 

Soups and Salads

 

House Salad –  Fresh mixed greens with shredded carrots, sliced red pepper, red onion, grape tomatoes, and cucumbers.  Your choice of dressing:  Balsamic Vinaigrette, Buttermilk Ranch, Italian, Thousand Island.

Greek Salad – Fresh mixed greens, tossed with Red Wine vinaigrette, topped with kalamata olives, artichoke hearts, red peppers, grape tomatoes, red onion, and feta cheese. 

Gourmet Soup du Jour – ask your server what delicious soup(s) we have available today.  By the cup or bowl.

Maple and Bacon - Our critically acclaimed, gourmet pizza, topped

with real butter, local maple sugar, our blend of mozzarella and

provolone cheeses, and crumbled bacon, cooked to perfection.

 

Margherita - Topped with fresh mozzarella cheese, a light topping of 

tomato sauce, fresh tomato, garlic oil, our blend of mozzarella and

provolone cheeses, and fresh basil leaves.

 

BBQ Chicken - Topped with tangy BBQ sauce, roasted chicken, bacon,

sauteed onions, and our blend of mozzarella and provolone cheeses.

 

Hawaiian Luau - Topped with tomato sauce, diced ham, pineapple,

maraschino cherries and our blend of mozzarella and provolone cheeses.

 

Four Cheese - Choose a sauce (traditional tomato, basil pesto, garlic oil

or olive oil), which is then topped with fresh mozzarella, parmesan

cheese, provolone cheese, and Romano cheese.

 

Greek Topped with tomato sauce, feta cheese, roasted chicken, sliced

tomato, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, red onion,

mozzarella and provolone blend, finished with fresh chopped basil and a

drizzle of a balsamic reduction.
